Skyline HS LRCII teacher
Just a quick hello and HAPPY FRIDAY! We have been working hard at learning about energy, structuring reading groups, fractions, and doing vocational tasks. It seems that this year continues to fly by-only 5 more school days until Spring break!
Please look under the "calendar" tab for information about Semester 2 finals and the schedule for the last week of school. If you receive the Skyline E-News, make sure to read it--it has information about things for Seniors, testing, and a kind note from Mr. Hennig. As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions/concerns. LRC II is looking forward to planning end-of-the-year activities! Take care. Mrs. H

Hello families! Samantha (other LRCII teacher) shared some information with the families in her class that I believe are important to share with all of you. Below are resources related to post-secondary transition planning. There is a lot to think about in the coming years. All 4 of the resources below will help you as you are thinking about planning for your child’s adulthood:

The Issaquah School District Special Services Department and The Arc of King County have partnered to offer FREE training sessions open to parents, guardians, caregivers and teachers of students with special needs.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have additional questions and/or concerns. Take care. Mrs. H |
